We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our team at CPC – Faye, who joins us as our Regional Director. With a wealth of experience and expertise in the housing and regeneration sector, Faye brings invaluable insights and leadership to our organisation.

Faye's impressive track record speaks for itself. With over 25 years of experience in both the public and private housing sectors, including senior director roles at major house builders, Faye has been at the forefront of driving impactful estate renewal and housing-led regeneration projects.

In addition, Faye has held a number of non-executive director positions at Housing Associations, including Plus Dane Housing and Hyndburn Homes (now part of Onward). This has provided her with an in-depth understanding of the social housing sector.

Her accomplishments in regeneration, such as leading the transformation of neglected neighbourhoods into vibrant communities through projects like the Plymouth Grove PFI and Beswick Regeneration programmes in Manchester, showcase her unwavering dedication to creating sustainable, thriving environments for all.

As our Regional Director, Faye will play a pivotal role in guiding our projects to successful outcomes, leveraging her expertise as a qualified architect and master planner. Her vision and leadership will undoubtedly strengthen our team and enhance our ability to deliver exceptional results for our clients and communities.
